Three Holiday Updates Printify and Zazzle Sellers Should Act On

Printify’s holiday shipping surcharge starts October 15

Starting October 15, 2026, Printify will add $0.40 per order shipped to a US destination, continuing through January 17, 2027.

The surcharge applies across shipping methods, with TikTok Shipping excluded. It’s charged per order, rather than per parcel—even when multiple Print Providers fulfill the order.

The detail sellers need to act on: your store prices won’t adjust automatically. If you decide to pass the additional cost on to customers, update your product prices in Printify and republish your products to sync those changes with your sales channel.

Your next step: Review your holiday margins today and decide whether to absorb the cost or adjust your pricing.

Printify publishing rewards need to be claimed within seven days

If you participate in Printify’s Weekly Publishing Program, completing a goal and unlocking a reward doesn’t finish the process. You must actively claim the reward in your dashboard within seven days of unlocking it. Unclaimed rewards are forfeited.

Participation requires an email invitation or access to the program module in your dashboard, alongside the other eligibility requirements. Weekly publishing goals and reward details appear in your dashboard.

The program terms show an October 13, 2026, update date, but the page doesn’t identify which provisions changed. Treat this as a reminder to check your eligibility and claim windows, rather than evidence that the seven-day rule was newly introduced.

Your next step: Check your dashboard for program access, your current publishing goal, and any unlocked rewards awaiting a claim.

Review the Weekly Publishing Program terms.

Zazzle’s holiday royalty deadline is October 31

Zazzle creators planning royalty rate adjustments should submit their requests by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST, using the time zone stated in Zazzle’s announcement.

After that cutoff, royalty updates will pause for the holiday season until around January 20, 2027. Requests submitted after the deadline can still be made, but their changes won’t take effect until updates resume. Zazzle also notes that processing may take additional days because of submission volume.

Review your rates with your holiday plans in mind. Zazzle cautions that higher royalty rates may sometimes limit marketing opportunities because of competition and consumer spending patterns.

Your next step: Review your royalty
